What you can do with your content.

Your license to use delivered content

Once your project is paid in full, you're licensed to use the delivered images and videos for the purpose agreed at booking — this generally covers your own social media, your website, sharing with friends and family, and marketing your own brand or business.

Commercial use beyond the original agreement

If you'd like to use delivered content beyond what was originally agreed — for example in paid advertising, a sponsorship, or third-party publication — please get in touch with us first so we can confirm the license covers it.

What's not included

• Delivered content can't be resold, sublicensed, or transferred to another business or individual.
• Raw and unedited files remain with KANA Productions & Services — delivered galleries contain final edited work only.
• Please don't crop out watermarks, re-edit, or apply additional filters to delivered files.

Credit

Credit is appreciated but not required. We'd just ask that you don't present the photography or videography as your own creation.

Our use of your project

KANA Productions & Services may use delivered content in its own portfolio, website, and marketing, unless you let us know in advance that a shoot is private.

Delivery & backups

Gallery and download links stay live for a limited window after delivery. Please download your files promptly and keep your own backup — we can't guarantee files stay available indefinitely.
