What we collect

When you get in touch or book a project with KANA Productions & Services, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and any project details you share with us — for example, event dates, locations, and creative preferences.

How we use it

• To respond to enquiries and provide quotes.
• To plan, deliver, and invoice booked projects.
• To send you your finished photos or videos.
• To follow up after a project, including asking for a review.

We don't sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Photos, video, and portfolio use

Delivered content may be used in our own portfolio and marketing unless you tell us a project is private — see our Usage Rights page for the full detail on how delivered content itself is licensed.

Data storage

Project files and client information are stored using standard cloud tools (for example, email and gallery/delivery platforms). We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the project and any follow-up.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we're not required to keep it (for example, for invoicing records). Just reach out by email.
